Please Louise Announces Lunch Service

Sandwiches and salads are now on offer Wednesdays through Fridays from 12-3pm. Pizza starts at 4pm. Owner Brian Carrick says more lunch items will be added down the road, and reminds everyone, "PDX Coffee Club is in here at the same time slinging their great coffee too."

Cuttle Fish and Corals is Under New Ownership

Long-time store manager Pete Chandra and his wife Sheri became the owners of this water wonderland earlier this year. They have been busy making improvements and invite all to stop by to enjoy the ambience of thousands of gallons of tanks and the many species of fish, corals, and invertebrates.

Bada is learning the cobbler trade.

New Furry Face at Hillsdale Shoe Repair

While no pup could ever replace Nemo, Chris Park at Hillsdale Shoe Repair is very pleased to have a new canine colleague to keep her company in the shop. Nemo, who greeted customers for more than 12 years, died in January of 2024. Bada, an 8-month-old Aussiedoodle whose name means 'ocean' in Korean, joined the crew a few months ago.
